FPT Online Services JSC (FOC) will finalize its shareholder list on May 26 to pay a 100% cash dividend for 2024, meaning each share will receive 10,000 VND. The company estimates it will need 184 billion VND for more than 18.4 million outstanding shares. Dividends will be distributed before September 30, 2025. By the end of 2024, FPT Telecom JSC (FOX) owns 56.51% of FOC and is expected to receive around 104 billion VND. FPT Online, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation, specializes in online advertising and has a history of high dividend payouts. For 2025, FPT Online aims for 800 billion VND in revenue and a 200 billion VND profit before tax. Despite an 8% revenue drop in Q1 2025, net profit increased by 15% to nearly 19 billion VND. The stock has surged 45% in the past month, currently priced at 82,700 VND/share.
