Ms. Nguyen Duc Thach Diem announced her departure as CEO of Sacombank after almost 8 years. In a letter to all employees, she shared her journey during a challenging period following the Southern Bank merger and the subsequent restructuring. She highlighted the importance of team spirit and the invaluable lessons learned from these challenges. Under her leadership, Sacombank reduced its bad debt ratio to below 2% and achieved a pre-tax profit of 3.2 trillion VND in 2019. Ms. Diem has made significant contributions to the bank and expressed hopes that future generations will continue to grow Sacombank.
