SBG aims to export with prices competitive by 30-50% compared to local production in Australia. Founder Truong Sy Ba targets the global $310 billion machinery market, aiming to achieve revenue of 10 trillion VND by 2030 with focuses on construction and agriculture machinery, estimated to contribute 20% of the sector. Australia is seen as a promising market with high housing demands due to a plan to build 2 million housing units in the next decade. However, SBG’s projected revenue for 2025 is 3.010 trillion VND, a 4% decrease from last year due to a reduction in agricultural trade; the company intends to focus on higher-margin sectors such as machinery and renewable energy.
