CTCP Ha Do Group (HDG) has announced that Founder Chairman Nguyễn Trọng Thông registered to purchase 3.25 million HDG shares from May 26 to June 24, 2025, increasing his ownership ratio from 31.83% to 32.8%. His son, Nguyễn Trọng Minh, also plans to buy 4 million shares in the same period, raising his stake from 0.21% to 1.4%. Nguyễn Trọng Thông, born in 1953, has extensive experience in construction and has held important positions in Ha Do Group before resigning from the Board of Directors for health reasons. Additionally, Đào Hữu Khanh, the father of the accounting manager, will sell 400,000 shares to meet personal financial needs. In terms of financial performance, Ha Do reported a 29% decline in revenue for Q1 2025 compared to the same period last year, with a net profit of 207 billion VND, down 22%. The Group aims for a revenue target of 2,936 billion VND for 2025.
