After selling the ‘rice cooker’ and bringing back hundreds of billions, the ‘big man’ in Gia Lai continues to sell the BOT and BT company for nearly 530 billion, all to one buyer

Alpha Seven Corporation (HNX: DL1) has approved a revenue plan of 1,200 billion VND for 2024 and plans to distribute a 10% stock dividend. The company will issue nearly 64 million shares to raise 529.5 billion VND to acquire 70.6% of BOT and BT Duc Long Dak Nong JSC and 108 billion VND to pay debts for its subsidiary. The relationship between DL1 and Duc Long Gia Lai Group (DLG) has been clarified; however, there hasn’t been any ownership sharing since 2022.
