An airline company plans to pay an 80% dividend in cash

On June 20, CTCP Nội Bài Cargo Services (NCTS) will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting for 2025, where it will present a plan to distribute a cash dividend of 80% for 2024 (8,000 VND per share), amounting to over 209 billion VND. NCTS will also elect the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term. In 2025, NCTS anticipates business environment challenges due to various factors but has not disclosed specific plans. In 2024, its total revenue reached nearly 950 billion VND and after-tax profit 266 billion VND, exceeding targets by 20% and 22%, respectively. Cargo volume hit 370,179 tons, a 14% increase, attributed to economic recovery and e-commerce growth. In Q1 2025, revenue reached 241 billion VND and profit 64 billion VND, up 30% and 29% year-on-year. Established in 2005, NCTS provides cargo handling services at Nội Bài International Airport and has a history of high dividends, including 110% in 2015, maintaining around 80% in recent years.
