LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (MCK: LDG) has announced its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online at 2 PM on June 26, 2025. The company plans to present important reports, including the Board of Directors (BOD) report, audit reports, and the audited financial statements for 2024. For 2025, LDG projects a revenue of 1,822.62 billion VND and a net profit of 91.56 billion VND. Due to ongoing accumulated losses, the company will not distribute dividends for 2024 and plans to transfer the balance from “share premium” and “development investment fund” to “net profit” in Q2 2025. As of December 31, 2024, LDG reported a negative share premium of 66 million VND and total accumulated losses of 1,388 billion VND. The AGM will also elect five new BOD members for the 2025-2030 term and propose moving the headquarters to a new address.
