On June 4th, Task Force 5013 met to resolve issues concerning land use certificates for home buyers in Ho Chi Minh City. Led by Nguyen Toan Thang, the task force reviewed hurdles for Novaland’s Palm A project, comprising 178 low-rise houses with an investment of 1.4 trillion VND. Additionally, 170 officetel units at Sunrise City – North will also be granted ownership certificates. Previously, on May 8th, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh met with Dong Nai province leaders regarding challenges faced by Novaland. The province noted potential waste risks in some of Novaland’s projects needing resolution. On May 29th, the provincial government approved adjustments to planning in area C4 in Bien Hoa, lowering the projected population to 140,000. This decision provides legal grounds for further urban development in the area.
