CEX.IO has launched a new hub in Spain, enhancing its local service delivery. The exchange successfully obtained a VASP license from the Bank of Spain, previously serving users through its Lithuanian entity.
Spanish user transaction volumes skyrocketed, with wallet transactions increasing by 94% and spot trading soaring over 340%. The company’s Managing Director anticipates sustained growth in the region.
