Starting from OEM in the rice industry, what is TCO’s next move?

TCO has transitioned from logistics to the rice industry, beginning with the OEM manufacturing segment in the rice value chain. According to reports, the manufacturing phase accounts for 12% of the cost of goods and 14% of profits in the chain. In 2024, after upgrading its milling plant, TCO expects net revenue to reach 3,538 billion VND driven largely by rice production. TCO also plans to expand through M&A to build a sustainable ecosystem. The medium-term goal is to become a leading partner in OEM production in Vietnam and to establish a value chain linked with farmers and cooperatives to increase product value. At the annual general meeting in 2025, the company will present its growth strategy, targeting 4,000 billion VND in revenue and 58 billion VND in profit.
