Industrial Giant with VND 3.6 Trillion Market Capitalization Files for HoSE Listing

The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) has received a listing application for 24 million shares of Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park JSC (NTC), with a charter capital of VND 240 billion. Three major shareholders hold 73.22% of the capital: Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC (32.85%), GVR (20.42%), and Saigon VRG Investment JSC (19.95%). NTC’s shares have been trading on UPCOM since December 2016, currently priced around VND 150,000/share, with a market capitalization of approximately VND 3.6 trillion. Nam Tan Uyen develops three industrial parks in Binh Duong with a total area of over 900 hectares. In Q1 2025, the company reported a revenue of VND 134 billion and a net profit of VND 69 billion, up 6% year-over-year. Total assets reached VND 7.353 trillion, 74% of which was long-term assets, with cash and bank deposits around VND 1.782 trillion. Total liabilities were VND 6.173 trillion, mainly due to advances from customers and deferred revenue.
