Ms. Nguyen Duc Thach Diem has requested to withdraw from the Board of Directors (BOD) of Sacombank one month after leaving her position as CEO for personal reasons. The BOD agreed to submit her resignation to the upcoming general meeting of shareholders for consideration. Born in 1973, Ms. Diem has worked at the bank since 2002, holding various positions before being appointed CEO in July 2017. Under her leadership, the bad debt ratio decreased to below 2% in 2020, and profit after tax increased continuously from 2017 to 2024. Sacombank will also recognize her contributions by authorizing the BOD Chairman to allocate reward funds.
