Several real estate companies set to distribute huge dividends, led by Pham Nhat Vuong’s company

The Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company (VEFAC) plans to distribute a dividend of 435%, equivalent to 43,500 VND per share, thanks to a quarterly profit of 17.22 trillion VND. VEF, a subsidiary of Vingroup, reported a pre-tax profit of 18.605 trillion VND in Q1/2025, a growth of 16,149% driven by revenue from the sale of the Vinhomes Global Gate project. Likewise, SJ Group aims to pay dividends and bonuses totaling 159%, while D2D will distribute an 84% cash dividend, and companies like Vinaconex (16%), Thang Long Investment Group (10%), and Khang Dien (10%) also announced substantial dividend plans. These high payouts aim to support shareholders after tough times and prepare for market recovery. VARS forecasts a 10% increase in real estate supply in 2025, driven by policies to address project difficulties.
