On June 20, 2025, Tasco elected Mr. Ngo Duc Vu as Vice Chairman of the Board and appointed Mr. Hoang Minh Hung as CEO. Mr. Vu, currently the Chairman of Savico, will help develop long-term strategies for the company. Mr. Hung, with nearly 20 years of experience in IT, will lead digital transformation initiatives, optimize supply chains, and enhance service quality. Previously CEO at DNP Water, Mr. Hung successfully implemented digital transformation. Mr. Ho Viet Ha will step down as CEO to become Vice Chairman, focusing on strategic projects. In 2024, Tasco recorded a revenue of 30.249 trillion VND and a profit of 305 billion VND, with the auto service sector as the main growth driver. For sustainable growth, Tasco aims for a revenue of 39.878 trillion VND and a profit of 571 billion VND in 2025 and will offer over 178.5 million shares to current shareholders.
