REE announced that Singapore’s Platinum Victory fund plans to acquire nearly 15.9 million shares of REE. If successful, the fund’s ownership will rise from 41.61% to 44.99%, totaling over 211.9 million shares. The transaction is set between June 26, 2025, and July 25, 2025. Previously, from May 22 to June 20, 2025, the fund only managed to purchase 140,000 shares out of over 16 million registered due to unfavorable market conditions. Platinum Victory representatives include Hsu Hai Yeh and Alain Xavier Cany on REE’s board. Additionally, REE reported it has completed the issuance of nearly 70.64 million shares for the 2024 dividend to 18,505 shareholders at a rate of 100:15. Following this issuance, the total shares outstanding increased from 471.01 million to 541.6 million, with a charter capital of 5,416.5 billion VND.
