CEO Group has commenced the Novotel Cam Ranh Resort project on nearly 8ha at Bai Dai, Cam Ranh. The resort includes 387 hotel rooms, villas, and bungalows, along with amenities such as a sky bar, swimming pool, and restaurant. This is a significant step in the strategy to develop a chain of 3,000 to 5,000 five-star hotel rooms nationwide. The real estate market in Khanh Hoa is recovering thanks to the growth of tourism and improved infrastructure. In the first 6 months of 2025, the province attracted 12 non-budget investment projects with a total registered capital of over 293 trillion VND. Large projects like the New Urban Area of Cam Lam and the Vung Ngan Complex Urban Area are also on the investment list. Khanh Hoa is attracting many large investors researching and developing large-scale projects.
