One Capital Hospitality (OCH) Annual General Meeting: Targeting consolidated revenue over 1,000 billion VND, hotel segment as the “main focus” for 2025

On June 26, OCH’s AGM approved the target of consolidated revenue reaching 1,098 billion VND and pre-tax profit of 81.09 billion VND for 2025. CEO Nguyen Duc Minh reported a revenue of 1,167 billion VND for 2024, exceeding the plan by 8% and growing by 113% compared to 2023. With a focus on sustainable development, OCH highlighted its hotel segment, especially with the operation of Dusit Cung palace Hotel. However, challenges such as oversupply and competition from nearby localities remain. The general meeting also discussed the issue of counterfeit products, particularly Tràng Tiền ice cream, with the management pledging to take strict action against violations and protect the brand. Additionally, OCH appointed a new member to the Supervisory Board.
