Kraken’s new payments application, Krak, has been launched across 110 countries, enabling transactions in more than 300 currencies, including both cryptocurrencies and fiat. This innovation aims to rival established cash transfer solutions.
The app allows for fiat transactions without the need for a bank account, utilizing a ‘Kraktag’ for ease of use. Kraken is also diversifying its portfolio, incorporating traditional financial services and stablecoin yield opportunities.
