Sông Đà 12 Corporation announced a postponement in the payment of its 2011 dividends to June 30, 2028, marking the 10th delay due to financial difficulties and significant receivables. The auditing firm noted that uncollected debts led to S12’s cumulative loss of VND 233 billion, with equity being negative VND 167 billion. Similarly, Sông Đà 4 Corporation extended its dividend payment deadline from June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2026, for the same reason.
