Novaland Group and Thiên Vương Company are involved in the case of confiscation of 2.7 trillion VND paid by Nguyen Cao Tri to purchase the Saigon Dai Ninh project. The appellate court ruled against Novaland’s appeal, affirming that the money was the result of illegal actions in share transactions. Novaland emphasized that it was not involved in any legal violations by its partner, as when it engaged with Thiên Vương in 2022, the company legally owned 100% of the shares. The court rulings do not identify Novaland as having any wrongdoing, focusing only on individual responsibilities. Novaland is committed to protecting its legal rights and will work with relevant parties to resolve the matter.
