At KBC’s shareholder meeting, CEO Nguyen Thi Thu Huong invited Charles Boyd-Bowman, the project representative of Trump International Hung Yen, to introduce this $1.5 billion complex project. Covering an area of 888.52 hectares in Hung Yen, this project combines ecological tourism and a golf course, and is a collaboration between Kinh Bac and the Trump Organization. Boyd-Bowman confirmed that the project is on schedule and that the Trump Organization will be responsible for management after completion. However, the project introduction notes emphasize that it does not belong to Donald Trump or the Trump Organization. The project is developed by Hung Yen Hotel Services Company, a subsidiary of KBC. Chairman Dang Thanh Tam stated that this $3.5 billion project does not face financial difficulties due to support from IDG Capital, and the number of international investors, especially from South Korea and Japan, is increasing.
