Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (CTD) will issue public bonds in 2025 with a maximum value of 1,400 billion VND. On July 11, Coteccons will finalize the list of shareholders to gather opinions in writing from July 17-28, 2025, regarding the registration and listing of bonds. The company will also continue to sell 4,000 treasury shares not purchased from the ESOP program. In Q3 of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, total revenue reached 5,003 billion VND, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year, while after-tax profit dropped 46% to 57 billion VND. In the first 9 months of the fiscal year, Coteccons accumulated revenue of 16,647 billion VND (up 15.2%) and profit of 255 billion VND (up 5.8%). The target for the 2024-2025 fiscal year is 25,000 billion VND in revenue and 430 billion VND in profit, with 67% and 59% achieved after 9 months.
