Chairman Nguyen Xuan Quang to ‘transfer’ 2 million NLG shares to his two sons?

Nguyen Xuan Quang, Chairman of Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLG), has registered to sell 2 million NLG shares for personal financial restructuring from July 10 to August 8, 2025. After this transaction, his ownership will decrease from 9.99% to 9.47%. His two sons, Nguyen Hiep and Nguyen Nam, have also registered to buy 1 million shares each during this period, which would raise their ownership to 1% and 0.83% respectively. This transaction may be considered a transfer among the three family members. Previously, in 2024, Mr. Quang also transferred shares to his sons. Additionally, investment fund Dragon Capital reported selling 1.1 million NLG shares, reducing their ownership to 4.92% and exiting major shareholder status from June 13. Nam Long has also finalized its shareholder list for dividend payment for 2024 at a rate of 4.99%, estimated to cost 192 billion VND for this payment.
