At the Global Women’s Summit 2025, CEO Nguyễn Thị Trà My of PAN Group shared her journey and the development of Vietnam’s agriculture sector. Starting her career at Biomin Vietnam, she co-founded PAN Group, which was previously viewed as a backward industry. After 15 years, Vietnam has become an agricultural superpower, exporting well-known products. PAN now consists of 12 companies and achieved consolidated revenue of 16,184 billion VND by 2024. My emphasized that nearly 50% of the revenue comes from exports to demanding markets such as Japan, Europe, and the USA. The biggest current challenge is not just growth, but leadership transition. She believes the next generation needs to have an entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, and a commitment to sustainable development. PAN is building this team to realize its sustainable and enduring growth goals.
