Petrovietnam reported a revenue of 310 trillion VND for the first half of 2025, with 66.5 trillion VND contributed to the state budget. Oil production reached 4.82 million tons and gas 2.99 billion m3, while electricity generation hit 16.65 billion kWh, an 8% increase from the previous year. The company commenced operations at the Dai Hung Phase 3 oil field on May 7, 2025, with an output of over 6,900 barrels per day, projected to reach 18,000 barrels per day by the end of 2025, contributing an estimated 2.5 billion USD in revenue and 450 million USD to the state budget. Additionally, Petrovietnam signed 2 oil and gas product-sharing contracts, marking a significant step in exploration and extraction activities. By 2030, the group aims to maintain its top position in Vietnam and make it to the Fortune Global 500 list, with total assets exceeding 1 trillion VND by 2024.
