The Cần Giờ coastal urban project in Ho Chi Minh City has been approved with a total land price of over 27.317 trillion VND. This project, named Vinhomes Green Paradise, was launched in April and spans 2,870 hectares. It is expected to include the largest theater in Southeast Asia, the largest artificial lake globally, two international golf courses, and various amenities such as hotels, shopping centers, an education system, and American-standard healthcare. The total land revenue in the region has reached over 65.319 trillion VND, including new approvals for both Lotte Eco Smart City and the Cần Giờ coastal project. By 2025, the target for land revenue is projected to be about 72 trillion VND. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is also disbursing investment capital for 104 projects with a disbursement rate of 37.1%. The total number of certificates issued this year has achieved a high rate for both individuals and organizations.
