The Bảo Ninh 2 social housing project has been launched on an area of nearly 18,000 m2, consisting of 3 nine-story apartment buildings with a total of 568 units and over 53,000 m2 of total construction area. With an investment of approximately 451 billion VND, the project is set to be implemented from 2024 to 2027. This project not only enhances the government’s social housing development policy for the period 2021-2030 but also demonstrates Nam Mekong Group’s role in community real estate. It is expected to improve the quality of life for many families and promote sustainable development for local residents while aligning with Quang Tri’s housing development plan and the modernization of Dong Hoi ward.
