Phu My Fertilizer Company (DPM) announced a dividend payout of 15% for 2024, meaning each share will receive 1,500 VND. The last registration date for dividend rights is July 16, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is July 15, 2025, with payments to be made on September 3, 2025. This will total approximately 587 billion VND for the 391.3 million shares in circulation. Additionally, the company plans to issue 288.6 million bonus shares to shareholders at a ratio of 100:73.7476, with a total value of 2,886 billion VND. If successful, the charter capital will increase from 3,914 billion VND to 6,800 billion VND. According to the Q1/2025 financial report, the company’s revenue reached 4,120.1 billion VND, a 24.6% increase year-on-year, but net profit fell by 21.2% to 210.9 billion VND. Total assets reached nearly 17,450 billion VND, with liabilities around 6,061 billion VND.
