Dozens of ‘big players’ on the stock exchange end contracts with an industrial park: What is about to happen?

The Biên Hòa 1 Industrial Park, home to major companies such as Sovi, Bibica, Cadivi, and DNP Holdings, is undergoing relocation due to a decision by the Đồng Nai People’s Committee to convert its function. Starting from April 2025, Sovi was notified of land withdrawal and has planned to relocate its two factories to Lộc An – Bình Sơn Industrial Park. Other companies, including Bibica, have also dismantled their plants to return the land. According to a notice from Sonadezi Corporation, all service contracts at Biên Hòa 1 will end on August 1, 2025, requiring companies to finalize land lease termination procedures by July 15, 2025. This transformation has been proposed for over 20 years and was ultimately approved by the government to improve living conditions and address severe environmental pollution in the area.
