On the morning of July 17, NVL shares of Novaland rose by 6.84% to 16,400 VND/share, reaching the highest level in two years, with a market capitalization of 31,981 billion VND. This increase followed the announcement of an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 7 to discuss the plan to issue private shares to convert debts totaling 2,645 billion VND with creditors. The number of shares to be issued will depend on the exchange rate determined by the Board of Directors, to be announced on July 31, 2025, with implementation expected from Q4 2025 to Q1 2026. Novagroup is the largest creditor, followed by Diamond Properties and Ms. Hoàng Thu Châu, all linked to Chairman Bùi Thành Nhơn.
