Jarett Dunn has been sentenced in London for violating bail conditions after stealing around 2,000,000 USD during his brief employment at Pump.fun in May 2024.
Dunn exploited private keys to drain funds from bonding curve contracts and airdropped stolen SOL tokens to random addresses instead of transferring them. This prompted a shutdown for an investigation.
Dunn’s case highlights the rise of insider threats in the cryptocurrency sector, raising concerns about employee abuse of privileged access for personal gain.
