BTC inflows to exchanges hit 81,000 BTC as whales, miners cash in on rally

Bitcoin miners have resumed selling, sending 16,000 BTC to exchanges on July 15. Overall inflows increased dramatically from 19,000 BTC the previous week to 81,000 BTC, primarily due to whales transferring profits. Overall, 58,000 BTC was moved by large holders as retail investment interest grows.

Ethereum experienced a similar uptick with nearly 2 million ETH sent to exchanges on July 16 amid a strong rally of 131% since April. Despite some price corrections, analysts maintain a bullish outlook for Bitcoin’s mid- to long-term trajectory.
