As of July 18, 2025, the total market capitalization of Vietnam’s stock market reached approximately 8.3 trillion VND, with 8 ‘clans’ of private enterprises accounting for 29%, equivalent to 2.4 trillion VND. These clans include Vingroup, Masan Group, FPT, GELEX, T&T Group, Sovico Group, Hoang Huy, and DNP – Tasco. Notably, Vingroup, with 4 tickers (VIC, VHM, VRE, VEF), controls 45% of its group’s value and 13% of the total market. Vingroup’s market capitalization has soared to 1.11 trillion VND. Other groups like Hoang Huy and GELEX also experienced significant growth. However, some stocks were delisted due to non-compliance with public company criteria. T&T Group, with 4 stocks, saw SHB and SHS perform remarkably well. FPT and Masan Group also reported high valuations, at 309 trillion and 540 trillion VND respectively.
