PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (DPM) announced the issuance of 288.6 million bonus shares at a ratio of 73.7%. Each shareholder with 100 shares will receive an additional 73 new shares, raising the charter capital from 3.914 trillion VND to 6.8 trillion VND. The issuance will draw from the Development Investment Fund, growing the total equity to nearly 11 trillion VND. After receiving approval from the State Securities Commission on July 15, the record date for entitlement allocation is August 8, 2025. Additionally, DPM has finalized the list of shareholders for a cash dividend of 15% for 2024, payable on September 3, 2025. In the first half of 2025, the company produced over 450,000 tons of Urea and more than 111,000 tons of NPK, exceeding planned targets. In the second half, it will focus on cost control and new product expansion, with DPM’s shares currently priced at 40,350 VND/share, the highest in the past year.
