FLC Group announced the resignation of Chief Accountant Vu Dinh Canh effective July 18, 2025, due to personal reasons. Do Thi Thanh Huyen, previously responsible for accounting at FLC Faros Construction, has been appointed as his replacement. This change occurs just before the extraordinary shareholder meeting scheduled for August 4, 2025, at FLC Landmark Tower in Hanoi, where business results for the first half of 2025 and plans for 2026 will be discussed, along with the appointment of new members to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. FLC has faced disruptions in business operations following the sentencing of former board chairman Trinh Van Quyet for fraud and market manipulation.
