FPT Telecom (stock code: FOX) recently announced the resignation of three senior officials: two board members and one supervisory board member. Specifically, Ms. Trần Thị Hồng Lĩnh, Mr. Phan Thế Thành, and Mr. Đỗ Xuân Phúc resigned on July 16, 2025, citing the official transfer of state capital representation from the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) to the Ministry of Public Security. Accordingly, SCIC is no longer a shareholder of FPT Telecom, and these individuals are no longer state representatives at the company. All three were appointed to the management board of FPT Telecom in 2023. Currently, FPT Telecom’s Board of Directors has four members left, while the supervisory board has only two members. Before the Ministry of Public Security took over, FPT Telecom reported a profit of nearly 4,000 billion VND, with dividends reaching 100%.
