Nam Viet, the Tra Fish Export King, Reports Unprecedented Profit Increase in Q2 2025, Highest in 8 Years

Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (Navico, HOSE: ANV) has reported its Q2 2025 financial results, with a net revenue of 1,726 billion VND, up 45% year-on-year due to increased volume and sales prices. Net profit after tax reached 332.8 billion VND, the highest since the company’s listing in 2017. In the first half of the year, Nam Viet’s cumulative net revenue was 2,832 billion VND, and pre-tax profit was 513.9 billion VND, up about 1,761% from last year, achieving over 51% of the annual pre-tax profit target of 1,000 billion VND for 2025. The company noted a positive recovery in the economic market, which benefited its production and business results. Navico mainly exports to China, the US, EU, Brazil, and Mexico. Notably, it has signed an agreement with AV09 Comercio Exporter Ltda to officially export tra fish to Brazil, expanding its market opportunities in South America. ANV shares are currently priced at 23,850 VND/share.
