Trần Đình Long’s Billionaire Enterprise Paid 7.1 Trillion VND to the Budget in 6 Months, Equivalent to Revenue of Lang Son Province

In the first six months of 2025, Hoa Phat Group, led by billionaire Trần Đình Long, contributed 7.1 trillion VND to the state budget, equivalent to the revenue of Lang Son Province. The two key companies, Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel and Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel, ranked first with payments of 4.1 trillion VND and 1.155 trillion VND, respectively. Other companies like Hoa Phat Pipe and Hoa Phat Refrigeration also made significant tax contributions. From 2007 to now, the Group has contributed about 95 trillion VND to the budget. In 2024, Hoa Phat set a record with 13.5 trillion VND in tax payments and consistently ranks among the top 4 private enterprises in tax contributions in Vietnam. By September 2025, upon completion of the second phase of the Hoa Phat Dung Quat project, the Group’s steel production is expected to reach 16 million tons per year.
