After Hung Vuong Plaza, Kido Continues to Increase Ownership at Vạn Hạnh Mall

Kido Group (MCK: KDC) has completed the first phase of transactions, acquiring a 40.05% stake in Bac Binh Construction Investment Company, the operator of Vạn Hạnh Mall. Vạn Hạnh Mall, operational since 2018, is one of the largest shopping centers in Ho Chi Minh City, with a total construction area of 90,000 m2. Trần Lệ Nguyên, Kido’s CEO, holds 57.88% of Bac Binh shares. In addition to Vạn Hạnh Mall, Kido has finalized its acquisition of Hung Vuong Plaza and transferred 50% of its shares in Dabaco Food Company. In Q2 2025, Kido reported revenue of 2,020 billion VND, with a net profit after tax of 143 billion VND.
