Businesses Invest Hundreds of Billions in Stocks: Gelex, REE Mainly Invest in Banks, TVC Sold Nearly 95% of Its Portfolio

In Q2 2025, several listed companies such as NDN, REE, and Gelex have heavily invested hundreds to thousands of billions in stocks, primarily in banks. NDN allocated 42.3% of its assets, focusing on Vinhomes and Hòa Phát, resulting in a profit of 30 billion from stock investments. LIDECO recorded 18.6% of its total assets in stocks, mainly in TCH and VAB. Meanwhile, TVC sold 95% of its portfolio in Q2, shrinking from 1,862 billion to nearly 95 billion. Gelex invested 5,012 billion, mainly in EIB stocks, while Viconship increased its stock investment to 1,404 billion, reporting a pre-tax profit of 177 billion. REE invested 933 billion in stocks, mostly in VIB bank.
