In 2024, CafeF first announced the list honoring the Top 20 private real estate companies contributing the most to Vietnam’s budget. This initiative aims to recognize the role of businesses in economic development. This list is part of the honoring system PRIVATE 100 and VNTAX 200, with PRIVATE 100 designated for private enterprises contributing over 100 billion VND. The total contributions of the 20 real estate companies in 2024 reached over 63.2 trillion VND, with 13 companies contributing over 1 trillion VND. Vinhomes led the list with 40.142 trillion VND, followed by Nam Long and BIM Group. This contribution grew by 60% compared to the previous year, underscoring the special role of real estate in boosting budget revenue. Companies like DOJILAND and Vincom Retail also made notable appearances with significant land tax contributions. With a sharp increase in land revenue, it is expected that in 2025, companies will continue to enhance their budget contributions from major projects.
