CafeF has announced the list of the Top 20 private real estate companies contributing the most to Vietnam’s budget in 2024, marking the first event in a recognition system for major corporate contributions to the national budget. The total budget contributed by these 20 real estate companies reached over 63.2 trillion VND, up 60% from the previous year, with prominent firms like Vinhomes, Nam Long, and BIM Group. Vinhomes ranks first with a contribution of 40.142 trillion VND, attributed to large projects. Notably, revenue from real estate has become a crucial source for the state budget, accounting for over 17.5% of total domestic revenue. In Hanoi, revenue from land saw a significant increase, reaching 86.751 trillion VND in the first half of the year, contributing to financial resources for socio-economic development. With a focus on sustainable development, real estate companies contribute not only to the budget but also transform the urban landscape of Vietnam.
