CafeF has announced the Top 20 private real estate companies contributing the most to Vietnam’s budget in 2024, highlighting the importance of businesses in economic development. The list includes companies that pay over 100 billion VND in taxes, with Vinhomes leading at 40.142 trillion VND. The total contribution from these 20 companies exceeded 63.2 trillion VND, marking a 60% increase from the previous year. Real estate significantly impacts the budget through taxes and other revenue sources, making up 17.5% of total domestic revenue. Hanoi ranks first in land tax revenue, contributing to economic and social development. Notable companies such as BIM Group focus on sustainable real estate, indicating strong industry growth, with expectations for even higher tax contributions from major projects in the near future.
