Q2 Revenue Falls 99.6% Year-over-Year, Tu Liêm Company Still Makes a Small Profit Thanks to Stock Investment and Cost Cutting

Tu Liêm Urban Development Corporation (NTL) reported Q2 2025 results with revenue of only 6 billion VND, a 99.29% decline compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the real estate sector failing to generate income. Despite recording a gross loss of 4.5 billion VND, the company achieved a net profit of nearly 2 billion VND thanks to financial revenues increasing by 21 billion VND and a 41% reduction in costs. NTL is facing challenges in completing legal procedures for its real estate projects. The company’s revenue target for 2025 is only 80 billion VND, a 95% decrease from last year. As of the end of June, NTL’s total assets were nearly 1.958 trillion VND, including over 600 billion VND in cash and nearly 364 billion VND in stock investments. Liabilities decreased by 44%, and the company reported no financial loans.
