CafeF has just announced the list of the 10 largest securities companies in Vietnam in terms of tax contributions for the fiscal year 2024, with a total contribution of approximately 15 trillion VND, an increase of 25% compared to the previous year. This list is part of the PRIVATE 100 and VNTAX 200 surveys, aimed at honoring businesses with the largest contributions to the state budget. The top three companies include VPS Securities Corporation (contributing over 2.3 trillion VND), SSI, and TCBS, accounting for more than one-third of the total contributions from the sector. These companies not only contribute financially but also demonstrate social responsibility in sustainable development. VPS leads in brokerage market share and profit, while TCBS maintains the highest profit in the industry at nearly 4.8 trillion VND. Tax contributions from securities companies mainly come from corporate income tax and personal income tax. The top 10 consists of 8 private companies, reflecting the power of the private economy in the securities sector.
