CafeF has announced the list of the top 10 securities companies making the largest tax contributions in Vietnam as part of the PRIVATE 100 and VNTAX 200 lists for the 2024 fiscal year. The total tax contribution from securities firms reached approximately 15 trillion VND, a 25% increase from the previous year, demonstrating the industry’s social responsibility and commitment to sustainable development. The top three tax contributors are VPS Securities Corporation (over 2.3 trillion VND), SSI, and TCBS (over 1.6 trillion VND), accounting for more than one-third of the sector’s total contributions. VPS leads in brokerage market share, while TCBS maintains the highest profit in the sector. Most of the top 10 are private companies, reflecting the strength of the private economy. Tax contributions from the securities market also come from the Vietnam Securities Exchange and the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, with VNEX contributing nearly 2.6 trillion VND.
