‘Kingpin’ supplying ingredients to Trung Nguyen, Vinamilk, Masan… with 12 trillion VND revenue becomes major shareholder of ‘aloe vera king’

G.C Food Corporation (GC Food) announced that Asia Ingredients Corporation (AIG) has purchased over 7.1 million shares of GCF, raising its ownership to 52.87%, thus becoming the parent company. GCF raised approximately 214 billion VND from this private placement, planning to invest in subsidiaries and pay off debts. GC Food specializes in processing aloe vera products and reported a revenue of 347 billion VND in the first half of 2025, up 33%, with a net profit of nearly 52 billion VND, up 64%. AIG supplies products to major companies and achieved 12,387 billion VND in revenue in 2024. Both companies benefit from increased demand during the summer.
