Pump.fun has introduced the Glass Full Foundation (GFF) to support promising memecoins. This initiative aims to provide important liquidity and enhance the visibility of these tokens, creating a stronger start for projects within the Solana ecosystem.
The foundation is focused on addressing the sustainability and liquidity challenges that memecoins face. Although some funds have reportedly been allocated, specifics regarding funding sources and which tokens qualify remain undisclosed.
Despite raising over 600 million USD in a public sale, Pump.fun is witnessing a revenue decline, dropping from over 7 million USD daily to about 119,000 USD. The platform also faces new competitors such as LetsBonk.fun, which is gaining traction in the memecoin space.
