Viettel Post bids for nearly 249 billion VND contract for 719 billion VND logistics center in Da Nang

Viettel Post (the Viettel Postal Corporation) is currently holding an online bidding for contract 20/XL-VTP, valued at nearly 249 billion VND, for the project of building the Da Nang Logistics Center, with a construction period of 12 months. The total investment for this project is 719 billion VND, approved in December 2022, located in Lien Chieu Industrial Zone, Da Nang. Viettel Post is transitioning from a delivery company to a tech logistics enterprise, with the goal of mastering technology by 2029. The investment plan is divided into three phases, expanding infrastructure and technology networks across various regions, involving rail transport and smart border gates. In the first half of 2025, Viettel Post reported a revenue of 10,024 billion VND, up 4% year-on-year, and a profit of 169 billion VND, up 16%. The company is preparing documentation to propose increasing capital investment.
