Announcement of the Top 10 Insurance Companies with the Largest Tax Contributions in Vietnam

CafeF has announced the Top 10 insurance companies that made the largest tax contributions to the Vietnamese government for the fiscal year 2024 as part of recognizing enterprises contributing significantly to the state budget. The Top 10 insurance companies contributed a total of 7,800 billion VND, a 20% increase from the previous year. Leading the list are Bao Viet Group and PVI Holdings, each contributing over 1,000 billion VND. Additionally, several life insurance companies such as AIA, Cathay Life, Dai-ichi Life, Manulife, and Prudential also feature in this list. Despite a 0.3% decrease in total insurance premiums across the market, businesses have increased their tax contributions. AIA Vietnam stands out with a tax contribution exceeding 600 billion VND per year over the past two years. This ranking underscores the significant role of insurance companies in the economy and reflects their contributions to the state budget.
